    Xbox one c controller and headset disconnecting


    I have a xbox one x and when i’m playing i randomly lose sound through my wireless headset. Sometimes the headset shuts off and reconnects and sometimes it just goes quiet and works again. My controller will lose function for a few seconds. I will be playing
    then it will randomly move in one direction with no other functions working. Almost like it disconnected for a second. This has only recently happened and any help would be appreciated. My console is hard wired. Not the best internet but it has worked for
    years before this.

    It does it with my wireless headset at the same time as the controller so i’m thinking controller and headset are fine.

    I would try with the controller plugged in and see if the problem persists before buying a new controller. if it works while plugged in but not wirelessly then I would definitely try another controller.

    I would recommend trying. New controller before saying the card is bad. If the new controller with new batteries has the same issue it is console related.

    I will try that when i can later on. The console is less then a year old and i havent had any issues with it so far. I did have my phone connected to the headset also but ive had it on before and never had this issue.
