    Xbox one buy limit message, but I haven't bought anything


    I got a pre-paid code for Child of Light for the xbox one. It put 15$ in my account. When I go to buy it from the xbox store it tells me that I "reached the buy limit of how much I can spend in the xbox store today," but I haven't bought anything! Help?
    I put the code into my xbox maybe three days ago? so I definitely haven't bought anything, even if it was registering the fact that I bought the pre-paid code at gamestop and plugged it in. I really want to play this game (it's actually the only one I have
    for my xbox right now)! My billing info is also up to date and I tried doing a hard reset.

    When I try to get a game/bundle it always comes up with buy this tomorrow you have bought the limit you can buy when I have not bought anything

    The limit is 6,000 MSP. If you bought that much, you can't buy anymore. If you haven't bought any there may be a lock on your account.
