    Xbox one bundle console not working properly.


    I bought the assassins creed bundle (without the kinect) about three weeks ago and everything was fine until I bought WWE 2K15. Both the console and the assassins creed games are working fine but WWE 2K15 is really choppy during matches. I originally bought
    the disc version then returned it to see if maybe the digital version would fix the problem but it didn't. So I was wondering, can I just exchange the console without returning everything else at gamestop since that is where I bought the bundle?

    Xbox one not working properly

    I'm one of the beta testers and after the official public release of the update 1406 I don't know if others are having this problem too my xbox one keeps freezing up when one of my games has an update. I was trying to load another game while my Forza downloads
    it's up date and it would freeze up on me I did the hard shut down at least 6 time.

    Xbox one not working properly

    Ok I got home and turned on my xbox and im stuck at the xbox logo with the green backround.

    I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds and rebooted but it doesnt go past the green screen.

    I have been waiting for 30 minutes at the green logo

    Sorry you're having issues with your console. The return policies vary based on the retailers. You will need to contact GameStop and see if they can exchange it. If you feel you have console issues, and you are within their return policy agreement I would
    certainly exchange it for another one. If not you can visit
    https://myservice.xbox.com     and see what warranty options you have through Microsoft.

    Smwutches, it does work for One S, I used the Battlefield 1 One S 500GB bundle and it allowed a game for free. (FYI)
    Glad it worked for you! I knew something wasn't working properly. They tried telling me the free game its talking about is the ones in the bundle..

    Simply Games do a bundle with the new white Sunset Overdrive bundle & COD for £339.99, it's out of stock at the moment but worth keeping an eye on in case it comes back in stock.

    Xbox One S Fortnite Bundle (1TB)     . The promotion does not apply to all Xbox One S consoles just the Fortnite bundle.
