Xbox one bundle code does not work

So I tried tried to enter the 16 digit code to get my game download that is included in my Xbox one console bundle but forgot to check both boxes to agree to the download. It kicked me back to the main screen so I could check both boxes. Then when I tried
to enter the access code it said the code has already been used. Please advise!

The PC code that we received with XBOX Mincraft bundle does not work and the other code we received was lost. How do I get a new code?

section of the My Games & Apps tile if you haven't already. Thanks in advance!

 

Its the choose one Foreza 6 , Rise of the Tomb Raider, Gears of War or Rare Replay. I was never able to get to the screen that allowed me to pick which game I wanted to download. It isn't in the ready to install section since I never was able to get to the
screen that allowed me to pick which game I wanted.
