Xbox One Bugged reputation system, Terrible customer service.

So far I am incredibly dissatisfied with the customer service I have received at this point especially considering that I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and have spent hard earned money on xbox live services. The worst part is that I
have to sit here wasting my day off trying to figure out why I can't access a service I have prepaid for.

The problem is with this so called reputation system. During the course of the last several months my reputation has dropped although I played very rarely during that time. I turned on the xbox from time to time and noticed that my reputation was
changing from good to needs work and back. I initially wrote this off because it said the reputations were reset and I figured it was just a temporary bug. Now my reputation is avoid me and I can not play online games because of this. How is this possible
if I have not played? I am not the only one who has experienced this bug. Please do not post the obvious suggestions this is clearly the result of a bug. At the very least it is a poor implementation of an already terrible idea. After 8 years and 1000s
of hours playing with millions of people and all of a sudden my reputation turns to avoid me during a time when I had not been actively playing for several months even before the system was rolled out and the reputations were said to be reset?

I already expect that I won't get any kind of useful response since Xbox support is used to dealing with children. So do me and yourself a favor and do a little problem solving here and at least put me in contact with someone who has the ability to
do something other than give out forum links.

Hello, ive been on a avoid me rep for about 2 months now and it has not changed. Can anyone tell me ways to lower my rep????

play without complaints or reports

Suggestion never winter or.world.of tanks or paid games like division or elderscrolls online

And keep grinding you need to repair your rep like real life it's going to.take awhile

 

This is an enforcement issue, not a support issue. Being so, there is not much that anybody here can do. You can try posting your issue in the uservoice forum, or look to see if there is already a post there concerning this and then vote on it. It may not
