Xbox One Bug, Fix As Soon As Possible

On-screen keyboard keeps freezing, and when it doesn't freeze it's initial startup is slow. This has been happening for some time (before recent update) and I'm not the only one dealing with this issue. This is beyond unacceptable. This bug needs to be permanently
resolved ASAP. I simply cannot message one of my friends without force shutting down my console. This is happening way too often!

As i am aware you can now press the Xbox home button to bring you out of the locked keyboard i may be wrong about this so please let me know.

But if does not work Smartglass has your back you can finish what ever you wanted to say using the Xbox smartglass app (IOS, Android) and if you are using windows 10 on nokia it'll be called Xbox you will need to restart your Xbox how ever.

 

You don't seem to understand my point. I don't want my console to keep on freezing like it is. The Xbox One is supposed to be better than the 360. (Which didn't have any problems other than RROD.)

I want an update that fixes this on-screen keyboard freezes completely. Not a solution to get around it. There's no reason for the keyboard to be freezing at all. I've had my Xbox One on the first (or second) year it came out, and it NEVER froze until a
few months ago.
