I wouldn't want a Browser on the xbox, or any other console. I think people think of having a browser on a console will be the same exact experience as it is on a laptop or computer. Its not. From my experience console browsers suck. Most people have
a laptop or PC anyway. Why would you want to use an internet browser on a console when you already have a better one there waiting to be used?

How do you access your cloud gaming experience? Is it through the Xbox app or through an internet browser?

I suggest to try on both and see if the issue is the same.

For browser experience, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge browser to access xbox.com/play website.

after new xbox one experience I have 2 problems my activity feed does not update without you reset and when looking on xbox one internet browser after looking at 4 pages I have to reset to look at more

TBH youtube is broken in almost every browser except Chrome, at least, for me it'sa bad experience using other browsers on PC

They don't have Google Chrome for Xbox One yet. We're still waiting for it to arrive in the MS Store as more than an installer interface for the Chrome program.

If you want to suggest this to Microsoft use the Feedback Hub app in Start Menu where developers are tasked to process consumer feedback and may interact with you. But Microsoft will not even see it here because this is a tech forums where we are mostly volunteers
trying to help solve your problems.
