Xbox One Broken?

so the other day I had a update for xbox one.

after the update it said I had no connection and I couldn't connect to xbox live

ONLY on my xbox one..

now I have 2 xbox ones and the other works perfectly

but on my personal xbox one I couldn't get in for over 12 hours maybe longer.

it found my internet connection but asks me to put my password in I do so..

and it says it fails to connect I have had this happen once before

and had heard it is a occurrence from being apart of the dashboard preview group

so I got back on live eventually last night and got myself out the preview program.

I have gone on today xbox worked fine untill about 3 hours ago I have now the same issue for a 3rd time

I cant connect to my internet and get on live it isn't the internet connection itself as it picks it up and my other xbox one

is working with no issues as do other devices in my house.

so Is my xbox broken I need to know ASAP

I've tried getting hold of xbox via twitter ECT not responding.

this is extremely frustrating especially with halo & gta round the corner

if this is my xbox broken I need to know as I need a refund

No, don't worry, your Xbox isn't broken. This still is a known problem with the preview program. To reconnect please unplugg your Kinect and reconnect to your router. Then please update your console manually to the newest dashboard version add the problem
is fixed with the newest update meanwhile. To trigger the newest update please go to settings / system and hit update console in the left pane. After updating you should be able to replug the Kinect and connect to your router again.
