    Xbox one broken


    Hi guys im a little unsure how to go about this,where do I need to send off my console?i live in the uk and is it free postage or do I have to pay?.I was kinda hoping it was a power supply issue so I could have just got a new supply but I just tried a friends
    power supply an still no luck Xbox one broken :( iv read about the Microsoft centers and it says the only one in the eu is in Sweden,is this true?

    Sorry to hear your console is broken. What you should do first is set up the repair, either at the following link or through phone support.

    You will be provided with a shipping label. All you need to do is provide the console, box and packing (be sure to send the console only, no cables or extras). After that just sit back and wait for your console to return to you.
