    Hello, few days ago to send my Xbox Repair Service One, apparently when contacting Technical Support, and had touched me a defective Xbox One of manufactures. The send by UPS, as they provided me. I received an email confirming they had received my console
    in your shop and as soon as possible I sent the one-replacement Xbox. Within 10 minutes I receive another mail as the Xbox console One had already left your warehouse to my house. 2 days ago I received the console at home, out of the box, I discovered an Xbox
    One broken and beaten by multiple sites, with a letter explaining that he had been manipulated and open. To say that I contacted by telephone with you and have referred me to this forum. Send the console was practically new, recently released, and I can assure
    and confirm that came out of my perfect new home. Not because I have a broken console outside and inside (when I turn da problem and Network Hardware not let me use it.) I hope a solution as I spend 529 euros on my console and I have not broken
