Xbox one broken software problem?

Hey, yesterday I played destiny game lagged and had sound problem Destiny problem I guessed so headed to the dashboard and the Xbox freezes OK may happens so I hard booted. No screen at all for a long time then the green booting screen shows up. But that
all I became to see for a long time. Used internet and the support site and tryed the offline diagnostic tool for factory Reset. But the 2button combo shows no effect , no sound at all not even the one that comes when it fails After serval hard boots I got
to the dashboard, then I tried the fac reset via settings Was resetting and as I gone through the setup it freezes again. Till now I found now other way to get it work.. I hope I can avoid a change Any ideas ? --------------German Gestern beim destiny spielen

wenn es nicht klappt... Liegt es an der Software und ich könnte Glück haben? Oktober ist ja erst frisch draußen? Oder eher Hardware wegen den 10min? Will die nicht umtauschen müssen ((

Yeah, I'm not sending my console in without a replacement first. I spent $500 on this and it barely works. So, unless they want to send me an X1 first while I have t wait for a fix, then this can't happen.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

How do you have your console connected to the power? Is it plugged directly into the mains or via a plug extension adapter? If it is plugged into an adapter, try connecting the console directly to the mains supply. Be sure that no surge protection devices
are present. If this is not the case or the above suggestion has not made any difference, you will either need to return the console to where you bought it to see if they can replace it or contact Microsoft support to get your console repaired/replaced.
