    I submitted a support request for my broken xbox one controller but I haven't received any confirmation that it will be replaced.

    There is also NO option to actually communicate with anyone via chat or email at the moment so how do I track the status and whether I will actually receive a replacement controller?

    I’ve already waited 2 days. This is very poor from MS as they appear to have switched off their support. I’m now left with a broken controller that’s in warranty but I’m unable to claim on the warranty.

    Terrible customer service.

    Hello again, this is even weird but wait 24/48 hours to see if the email arrives with the instructions and the shipping label, sometimes it can also go to the Spam box.

    I already started an order and have a support request number for my broken controller.

    However I haven’t received any confirmation that anything is actually happening and there was no mention of mailing it anywhere.

    You access the site above and register a new device using the serial number. you find behind your console.

    Then in MORE DETAILs, search to request repair, Start Online Service.

    To mail it to Microsoft.
