Xbox One brightness

You can do that by following the steps below:

Select settings > General > TV & Display options and then select 'Next' till you get to the page for changing the display.

Bright future for xbox one indeed.

When the room is dark the LED's dim when the room is bright the LED's are bright Xbox One does this automatically noting is wrong with it. it's an ambient light sensor

Hi Brad,

I tried reducing the brightness setting on my TV and the lines faded each time i went down a setting. My brightness was set to 36 and i reduced it to 26 and the lines were not visible. I went back up to 32 and the lines were hardly visible. Maybe the Original
Xbox games have a different brightness setting to Xbox One games.

Just to test, I tried a few Xbox One games at a lower brightness setting and there were no lines.

You can see the bright purple dot and just before that was a bright green one🤔
