    Xbox One brightness too high


    Xbox One brightness is so high I can't see what's going on on the screen. So now I can't go into settings to do changes. It just happened when I turned on my Xbox the following day and now I'm stuck. Please help.

    Sorry you feel that is the case and we are sorry its not up to the standards you prefer. Just as another user mentioned is there anyway you can adjust your TV/Monitor settings? Only thing I can think of is that you are not matching the correct resolution
    of your TV/Monitor to that of the Xbox? Here's a link that might help hopefully if that's the case https://beta.support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/display-sound/change-tv-display-resolution

    Which XBOX do you have??? All you can do from the xbox is calibrate the picture and adjust the resolution along within the guidelines of your V/Monitor.

    Turn down the brightness on your tv then change the settings on the xbox back to a useable level and turn the tv brightness back up (that way if any other device or regular tv is being used it doesnt affect the picture for that)

    Your brightness is probably too bright. Happens in most games, if you put the brightness up to high the letters become blurry.
