Xbox One bricked twice since purchase.

Well I sent my xbox one in to have it fixed once already. A video issue where the HDMI connector was bad and got no video. That took a month to conclude, they sent me a one month live card which unfortunately was only good for people who did not already
have live so I am out whatever live is per month "i pay yearly" now my controller will no longer stay connected to my console. Microsoft has said I can send it in again for repair but must either not have a console for a month or send another five hundred
dollars. The guy on the support site was very rude and continued to make it clear they don't care. This is my question has any one else felt burned by the new console. I feel as though this was not finished and somehow they just said whatever. I know their
is nothing I can do but leave the microsoft ecosystem. After 3 consoles and four gamer tags this is it goodbye xbox thanks for the memories.

XBOX ONE Bricked

The latest insider preview update bricked my XBOX ONE. I tried every available troubleshooting measure available on the forums.

Only respond if you're from Microsoft, since I have tried everything else.

Please assist ASAP!

I was charged twice for XBox Live Gold Membership

I have been trying to contact support since yesterday and for some reason I can't. My credit card was charged twice for the XBox Live Gold membership and I'm trying to figure out how to be refunded for one of the purchases! HELP!

My power brick broke December 27th. Twice told 10 days and twice nothing happened. On the line with support again, still expecting disappointment. Now I just want to return it, but can't since they have the power brick and a game is still stuck in the system.
Crap system with even worse support.

Hi

If it is an Xbox One S or X then it should work as these support multi voltages. If it is the original Xbox One that has a separate power brick then you will purchase a replacement power brick.

Could be a overheating issue, since is only happening when you start a game.

Or a issue in the brick. Is the one which have a brick outside (Xbox One FAT)?
