Xbox One Breakdown

So after exhausting literally every method that Xbox support could throw to me, my Xbox still does not work. For about 4 weeks it would have problems with streaming services and Marketplace, where if you would scroll too quickly it would shut itself down,
if you would try to sign in it would shut itself down, and now it's to the point where I turn it on, it does the "power-on chirp" and then shuts down in the next 2 seconds. Power supply works perfectly, the Xbox was just working last night, and now it's scrap.
The only option they can suggest is to send it in for repair and most likely have to end up purchasing a new Xbox at full price (mine has been out of warranty for a year and a half now).

It's just disappointing, I've come to expect great things from Xbox. There is nothing wrong otherwise with my Xbox, it just literally crashed-not because of my own doing-and now they're making me pay for a new system even though the problem was internal
through their own technology. I assumed purchasing the system about 2.5 years ago was a one-time purchase and that I could rely on the technology, and now they are selling me down the river.

I just had expected more of the company. I bought your product assuming it would run perfect, maybe a few fixable hiccups here and there, but nothing serious. Now they are making me pay for a new product when the problem was entirely on their side, basically
saying, "Sorry about that problem we gave you! Now go buy a new system and continue feeding us, we appreciate it."

Come on Microsoft. I thought you were the apex of good technology and gaming, not to mention support with your products. This is real crummy letting me go like this.

has any one tried to purchase breakdown original xbox game on xbox one keeps saying wrong region try again later im in the uk

I'm sorry to see any console issues! Unfortunately, if you've tried everything up to and including a

full factory reset of your console, then a repair or replacement is what is needed. You can get a repair through us even out of warranty for a cheaper cost than it would be to purchase a new console, however that means time without your console if you don't
qualify for an Advanced Exchange. The cost of the repair for out of warranty is to basically ensure that those working on your console are paid for their time. This is the same as if you went to a computer repair shop with an issue on your PC; you would have
to pay for those repairs out of warranty, but it would be cheaper than buying a new PC.

While it isn't your fault by any stretch of the imagination, these things just happen. It happened to my personal console a couple months ago. After trying everything, I just ended up buying a new console. We do have a 1 year warranty on consoles for any
issues that may occur in the first year, and if you purchased Microsoft Complete it would give you another couple years for replacements. I get it, I do; "more money for us". I view Microsoft Complete as more protection rather than a money loss on my side.

If you do end up getting a repair done on your console and it still has issues, let me know by posting back in here. I'll be able to dig into any other options we have at that time.
