    xbox one brand stereo headset


    today, my headset started playing back a bunch of feedback, just going ham on the sounds. sounds like a skrillex tickle time. i havent done anything to the headset. sometimes it also just goes silent and i cant hear anything, and i dont know if others can
    hear me. ive tried unplugging, hard reset, and i dont know what to do because i just want to be able to play with my frineds

    Stereo headset adapter issue

    Brand new headset and stereo adapter will not work. Initially you could hear with headset but mic would not work. Now nothing. The mute button will not turn off. Tried hard reset on xbox one. Tried updating firmware. It says no update, controller up
    to date. Tried taking batteries out of controller and reinstalling. Tried reinstalling stereo adapter and headset connection numerous times. Tried plugging headset directly into controller with no stereo adapter. Nothing still. Old turtle beach headset
    plugged directly into controller works fine. This is a brand new headset and adapter right out of the box. Unbelievable.

    Recommendation needed for Xbox One X headphones

    I would recommend the official Xbox brand stereo headset as it claims to be compatible with all xbox one wireless controllers:

    It probably doesn't need the stereo headset adapter - but if you're going to buy this headset, better just buy the stereo headset adapter to get your other headsets, that you already own, to work properly

    Hi. It's a stereo starter pack headset from Game. I've no doubt is not the most sophisticated headset but the one that was replaced worked initially and this one is brand new.
