    I bought an Xbox one for the family for Xmas and despite ensuring nothing could possibly cause any overheating it overheats in 5 minutes and shuts down. For a brand new console this is not acceptable at all.

    I am living in Switzerland and am trying now to get hold of someone to return it or get some personal service from Microsoft which is proving impossible. There is simply no u in cUstomer for Microsoft. There is simply no concept of after sales service...

    I am honestly disgusted by the situation - you spend a lot of hard earned money and the prospect is that you spend more a you will purchase games etc but then you get this kind of service. It is hopeless.

    Xbox One and Microsoft support is an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. I bought one on Xmas eve and it overheats after only 5 mins. There is no one you can actually speak to personally about the issue and quite simply a SERVICE VOID. Disgusting....

    If I never ever connect my xbox one to the internet....

    I feel sorry for all the parents that aren't network savvy..Hey, I just thought of a new service MS could start....think GEEK Squad but for XBOX one...they can charge a nominal fee to come out on xmas day to connect the console to your home internet or tether
    it to your smart phone...they could make a killing on it.

    Wow, it was bought as Xmas present from grandparents. So not going to happen is it.

    Not very good service this. Don't expect to have to buy digital version for it to work across two xboxs. Home is xbox one, can't change that.

    Xbox ruined sons Xmas............... What a waste of money.............

    Xbox need to correct this so my son can play his game............

    Never experienced this poor support service with ps..........

    Same issue also, hardly been able to use since xmas. If you bought your xbox via a credit card, you can contact the credit card company and relay that the equipment is not fit for purpose and request a refund, the credit card company then pursue MS, serves
    them right for shoddy customer service yet again.
