    XBOX ONE boots to XBOX Screen then to black screen?


    Everything worked fine until Sunday night, Hadnt turned on since.

    Tried powering off for 30 seconds.

    tried the hold power for 10 seconds

    tried holding eject, and power for low res

    Nothing seems to be working Any help please?

    Xbox Start-up Issue

    Sme here, displays xbox logo but then black screen. Never boots completely. HALP!!!

    I ask help

    The XBOX ONE console does not load. When turned on, the green boot screen lights up first, then goes to the black screen. When you press the XBOX button, you receive an error message: 0x80070490.

    What should I do?

    Do you have an external hard drive attached?

    It happened to me once then I unplugged the HDD and it then booted up properly

    I had the same exact thing happen to my XB1 and I ended up going to the Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool:

    support.xbox.com/.../offline-system-update-diagnostic-tool

    Watch the video and try whatever fix from the first link above. I tried the OSUDT2 file on the USB flash drive as performed in the video. However, for me that file didn't work and I had to do the same procedure with the Restore Factory Defaults file on the
    USB flash drive which puts you at square one for the XB1 to do your setup again. It has worked fine for me though.

    I have the same problem with my Xbox One. tried a cold boot but start screen comes up then just goes to black screen help

    The power button on my Xbox started flashing when it got to the startup screen after that the screen turned black and it booted up normally
