Xbox one booting up extremely slow after latest update. Games won't run

Hi. My Xbox one was working perfectly fine yesterday before the update, but now everything seems broken. The Xbox takes about 10 minutes to boot up, and about 5 minutes to shut down. No games will run, all are timed out. Streaming apps like Youtube work fine. I keep seeing Store Experience Host trying to download. I tried all sorts of solutions from the forums and reddit. I finally had to completely wipe the Xbox and reinstall. That seemed to work. Xbox booted up normally. I reinstalled some games and they worked.

But now after an hour, everything has slowed down again. And I started seeing this store experience host download. Have I been hacked? I don't think its hardware because it was working fine after the reinstall. Any advice would help. Thanks

May I know if you already check if there is a new system update for your console?

The last option is wait until a new system update is available and then update the console.

Due to at the moment there is no possible to downgrade an Xbox one

In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

For this you need a USB and PC to format it and transfer files provided in the link below (with steps):

The last option that came to my mind if the issue persists even after this, is that you may need to replace the internal HDD on your console

Nope this is an Xbox update problem with the update. Because same thing is happening to my Xbox Series S.

Its also running slow. Microsoft Purchase Host is trying to update, and nothing is happening. This is not a hardware problem. Two different Xbox's can't go bad at the same time. I've already reinstalled. It keeps happening.

Having the same problem with Solitaire Collection so slow it's making me think I will turn to Apple!! Microsoft need to fix this as it was running fine before update so angry!!

My Xbox One, had since day one, still running perfect. After latest update it runs fine. Not sure if it is faster or slower (don’t run a stopwatch between commands). But, have not noticed any super speed up or super slow downs. Have no problems starting
apps or playing games.
