Xbox One Booting To Troubleshoot Screen

Ok, so I'm having a issue with my system booting to the Reset/Troubleshoot/I stall Update from USB screen. This occurred last night an again within the last hour. To remedy it I have had to Reset the system. However, I'm curious as to why it's happening
    in the first place.

And for some odd reason this forum will not let me post a image of it. Ugh. Please help.

    :)

    Hey there,

Try out our steps on our Blank Screen Troubleshooter to see if the steps help! You may be able to get around this by booting your Xbox One console to low resolution mode. If I understand correctly your monitor is 2560x1440, which is a resolution the Xbox
One does not support at this time. This is to keep in mind just in case the image is not optimal.

    Keep us posted!

Xbox One S Not Booting into Troubleshooting Screen

Hi Himar, my name is Rodrigo. I'm an Independent Advisor and a member of the Microsoft community and I'd love to assist you today.

I am truly sorry to hear that.

If you can't enter the Troubleshooting mode, there is not much we can do.

Have you tried to power cycle the console?

To do it, follow these steps:

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    For more information: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/power/restart-or-power-cycle-console

Then try to enter the Troubleshooting mode again.

If it still does not work, please, register your device on this link: https://support.xbox.com/help/hardware-network/warranty-service/register-your-product

Then, fill out the repair form: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-device-for-repair

You can check the warranty terms here: https://support.microsoft.com/help/...ce-plans-and-terms-conditions-for-your-device

    I hope this helps.

Xbox One X only boots to the troubleshooting screen

I'm Samy an independent advisor and I'll be helping you :D

    How are you?
Did you try resetting the console keeping games and app or deleting everything?
I recommend when performing any of these actions to remove anything connected to the console and just leave the power cord and HDMI cable connected to the console.

You can also try an offline update with a flash drive. This link has detailed instructions on how to do this.

Yes, I have tried to reset keeping games and settings, and deleting everything, multiple times. I have also tried to reset the console using an USB flash drive and the update recommended on the support page, also multiple times.

The console will no longer boot to the home screen, only to the troubleshooting screen and with the previously listed error codes.

I'm afraid you've already done what I could recommend and it would be necessary to repair the console again. When your console comes out of repair with Microsoft you have a 90-day warranty with them.

Maybe you want to take the console for repair in some store in your city, I believe it would be much cheaper and faster for you.
