Xbox one bluray app cursor

Discus and support Xbox one bluray app cursor in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I just updated my xbox one and now the blu ray app has a cursor and i can't use it to access the in-movie menu.     Xbox one bluray app cursor


    I just updated my xbox one and now the blu ray app has a cursor and i can't use it to access the in-movie menu. How do i get rid of the cursor and go back to the way it was without one?

    Xbox One S Blu Ray Player Issues

    Every bluray I have (one 4k UHD Bluray and dozens of regular bluray titles) does not work with the Xbox One S I have. They work just fine in my other Xbox One (regular 500gb, not S or elite XBO, and obviously not the 4k UHD bluray) but every time I get an
    HDCP error for 5 minutes flipping between the error screen and bluray app frozen, then it just tells me it cannot read the disc. Apparently the Xbox One S needs a different bluray app than the regular Xbox One bluray app. Maybe if the community was allowed
    to make a bluray app for the Xbox One S it could save Microsoft some face since I have more faith in the community at fixing a problem via their own bluray app than Microsoft fixing it.

    Blueray app on our Xbox One will play audio but not video from a DVD or Blueray disc.

    Received replacement One now can't play Blue-Rays/DVDs

    You might try deleting and downloading the BluRay app again from the marketplace. Since the Xbox One is not region specific, it is possible the replacement had the wrong region BluRay app downloaded when returned to you.
