Xbox One Blue Screen

Oh because i seen red,blue,purple xbox 360 boot screens and blue xbox one boot screen...

This seems to be a recent issue with the latest update that has rolled out as for a while, I had this issue too, I did soft reboot mine and spent 1-hour swapping HDMI cables and using different ports to fix the issue until it finally started working again.
Do you have the option to try a different slot in the tv?

I am having a problem with my Xbox One where whenever it starts up all that I get is a blue screen on my television. I have checked all the cables and connections and everything checks out all right.

I have unplugged all the devices and left them that way for 20 minutes and then plugged them back in and started them back up, having also unplugged all the connections from the Xbox One and then reattacheded them.

There appears to be some problem with the Xbox one itself. I have tried hard rebooting it and soft rebooting it. Nothing that I have tried has worked.

The Xbox responds to the controllers and the remote and will turn on and off with no problem, but the blue screen remains. Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this or if it even can be fixed?

Did u try buying a new power cord ordering it to make it perform and cancel blue screens

Thank you. That is interesting information regarding the update. I do have alternative ports to use on the TV. I will try switching the HDMI port around and see what happens.

try the following troubleshooting steps below:

From the Dashboard, Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller.

Select Settings and then Disc & Blu-ray.

Select Persistent Storage and then select Clear Persistent Storage.

Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.

Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cable and HDMI cord.

Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console and HDMI cord.

Power on your console and check to see if you are experiencing the intermittent flashing issue.

If after trying the listed steps, the issue continues to occur, try the following:

If your HDMI cord is not directly plugged into your TV, try plugging the cord directly into your TV.

Try using a different HDMI cord.

If possible try plugging your HDMI cable into a different HDMI port on your TV.

Try resetting your display settings by pressing and holding the Power button for 5 seconds to power off your console.

Press and hold the Power button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on your console.

Also tried another tv didn't solve the issue after 2 months trying to fix it finally thanks for xbox support for replacing my console with a new one now every things work fine.
