    Music volume is too low

The music is barely audible, even with it pumped to 100 in game and 100 in the Volume Mixer.

    Hi Z Stur,

So this is very common with Blu-ray movies and not just with the Xbox One. I have numerous films that are quiet in one section, and then louder in another. Do you have another Blu-ray player that you can test on the same TV to see if that is just how
this movie is? Or, even go to a different TV and see if the sound effects are louder than the dialog somewhere else. Also take a look in your TV settings, perhaps there is an audio feature that you can use to try to equalize this out a bit.

  5. That makes sense. I should do some testing and trying different things to better define where the problem might be.

    Background music

Xbox's background music update is the biggest joke. Such garbage. The native media player doesn't even support background music. The simple background music player app is garbage too. There is no repeat or Shuffle track option. That completely ruins the
cutscenes and gameplay experience. I have to keep opening the app back up to repeat a track I like during a cutscene. The volume changer increments are way too drastic. If I ever need to lower or higher the volume it's either way too loud or way too low. There
aren't enough increments in the volume changer bar. I'm always having to adjust the volume myself while playing a game or specifically during a cutscene. The groove music app with the OneDrive music storage option would be decent if it actually let us play
music in the background already. We're still waiting for them to update the *** thing but it's taking them so long. This is one of the worst updates I have ever scene. PS4 has a far superior background music system implemented. Xbox you need to pick it up.
    This is a joke.

    Crackling sound when Playing music

    Hi A small fat dog,

This may be the case of the tv being too loud as this happens to low quality speakers.

I suggest that if you have the music on too loud then turn it down or if you have it at normal volume if there is still the voice then I make sure you have both ends of the HDMI cable plugged in properly if the noise still appears then I would suggest returning
the tv to the retailer you brought it from with the receipt.

    Hope this helps
