xbox one blocking a person/party question?

to put it plain and simple, ive blocked (person A) from my friends list and im in a party with my other friends who is obviously on my friends list BUT is also on the person i have blocked friends list. now i know that when your in a party , any of your
friends can see who your in a party with by going onto your profile and it shows you on the right hand side. my questions is, if the person i have blocked goes onto my friends profile (my friend has both of us on his friends list) will they be able to see
that on the right hand side that im in the party with my friend or will it not appear as ive blocked him? thanks?

one console + two chat headphones = no chat

My partner and I are playing a coop game using the over the ear Microsoft headphones with mic. Problem is, even though she is sitting right next to me there is no way to communicate with her unless we remove the headsets, the headsets do a great job of
blocking out outside sound. Somebody mentioned I should create a party and that should fix the problem. The party option will work if my partner is on another xbox one console, the xbox party does NOT recognize the other person holding the controller is
the second person in the party. Is there a way to resolve this? it makes no sense I can't hear nor talk to the person sitting right next to me while playing a coop game on the xbox one.

They won't see you have blocked them, instead it'll just seem like you can't hear them/they can't hear you. So your other friends may have to relay messages if anything is directed between you two.

This is a third party issue and we can't answer that regarding this. If the person in question has issues blocking someone online suggest them to open a post in the forums for themselves.

Well ambassadors are not employee's, we are volunteers. But with 3rd party power block, there is of course risks with this type of thing. Since with the unknown make and what the company's that made the 3rd party block quality control is. I would have suggested
sending the xbox one in for repair with the power block, and mention it's the block that needs repaired not the console itself to try and get it fixed up.

Personally I haven't used a 3rd party one since, I got my block repaired the same way as said by above by doing the same under warranty time frame. So mine was all quick and easy for myself.
