It is very heartbreaking to purchase an expensive console, goes against a rule and some will be banned completely, you can punish us for some few months and lift up the ban but to be banned completely, it doesn't seem to be nice, we spend much
money to choose your console ahead of other console and end up being banned permanent, it shouldn't be so. ....

The Microsoft Terms of Use and Code of Conduct are shown to you when you sign up for Xbox Live. There it states, that if you violate these "rules", you risk your account and/or console to be suspended temporarily or permanently.

You have to accept these "rules" in order to join Xbox Live.

If you still go against those rules, Microsoft will then enforce their right and suspend your account or console.

Be aware, that Microsoft bans consoles only on serious violations of their rules, as they know people spent a lot of money for hardware and games.

So if your console is really banned, they did so after thorough examination.
