XBOX ONE blocked / banned from XBOX Live

This situation seems very strange to me as my son did not use the console on 01st August 2017 at 01:48 am.

Anyway, it has not used it since 31st July 2017.

In addition, he only has one FIFA 16 game and he tells me to only play with and not to interact with others.

Could you please tell me more and solutions to this situation ?

In addition, please be informed that I tried already to follow the instructions on Xbox Enforcement | How Do I .

Unfortunately I cannot fill in a case review as I cannot select « Apply to the exam » ! The column « Case Review Status » to the right of Enforcement Detail is empty.

I don't understand how a game would make a console "blocked"

Not quite sure what you mean by "blocked", do you mean blocked from XBL?

If so, your console will have been banned from Xbox Live.

If it is a console ban there is no review available.

The date/time you mentioned at the top of your notice is when the enforcement action was taken, not the date/time of the offense.

The enforcement team are the only ones who would have any information regarding his suspension. The only way to contact them is through a case review so there is nothing else you can do. Even with a case review, they will not give specific information.

 

I have already explained in one of my previous message that I cannot open a case review.

"An Old Freak" answered: "If it is a console ban there is no review available."

So, what can I do ???

you cant file a case review for console ban so there isn't really anything you can do

when you file a case review the enforcement team cant give you detailed information about your ban due to data protection laws and regulations

 

As already explained, I want to understand why the console was banned ! I can't understand and I disagree with this decision !

You have already been given the answer. It may not be the answer you want to hear, but it is the answer. There is no way to contact the enforcement team regarding console bans.

Once again, I am sure that the XBOX of my 10 years old son has been banned by mistake. Then WHAT CAN I DO to regularize the situation ???

This file is open since 2 months and nobody is able to give me the reason why the console has been banned !!!

Could you please ask a decison maker to call me over the phone.
