    Xbox one blank screen


    Last wed. I tried to play my xbox one. It went to the xbox logo screen then went blank. I've tried many things I've seen online like holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds, I've tried 30 seconds. I've tried new hdmi cables. Tried a different
    tv. Tried a friends tv with his hdmi cables. Nothing seems to work. This xbox is less than a year old. Any suggestions?

    I remember this issue being an old bug that had been fixed with updates. Have you updated your console? If you are in the beta program this could be an error with the software and you would need to report this bug. If your not in the beta program I suggest clearing the cache which instructions can be found via bing/google.
