    XBOX ONE Blank screen when powered on.


    I can't get my XBOX ONE to work. I have tried the troubleshooting measure that have been given on the site, and nothing works. The furthest I can get is the home screen. No app, nor games will play. It just says "took to long to open" then closes down. My
    console also now powers itself down. Any help would be welcomed.

    blank screen when the Xbox One is powered on    ?

    Let us know how it goes and if your Xbox One is still experiencing issues after receiving it after the repair.

    Blank screen when powering on Xbox one.

    Are you able to test other HDMI devices on the TV? Have you also tried testing the Xbox on other TVs? (check if the TV is at fault)

    Have you tried gently wiggling the HDMI connection on the Xbox? (test if there's a loose-connecting HDMI port)

    Worst case scenario, the Xbox may need to be sent in for repair (schedule a repair).

    That's all of the possibilities I can think of for now. Hope this helps!
