Xbox One blank screen when i start the console

My Xbox one just goes to the green screen then just goes black I led the home button for 10 seconds it still does not work this is BS I paid 499.99 for this system and this happens they need to fix this

Plus I tried changing hdmi cables an tried on different tvs still black screen wasted 500 bucks on something that last only a year not even

Between matches on BF4 I hit the xbox button and then the screen flickered and went black. I could hear that everything was working fine but the screen was black.

• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
