    Xbox One Blacking out


    I got my xbox one in dec. and I have been having some trouble with it

    The screen blacks out when playing a game sometimes it does it a lot and sometimes it does it a little and stops

    it will have red lines before it happens it also happens on the dashboard

    so I want to now why this is happening and how to fix the problem

    MLB.TV app problem

    I have the same problem with the stream blacking out multiple times during games.

    It seems like the recent update caused more problems than it fixed.

    That seems to be the main trend with everything xbox one.

    Xbox one S keeps on blacking out

    Is there a "fix all" solution for this problem that seems to be surprisingly common = Xbox one S keeps on blacking out for few seconds every now and then and comes back... have tried different hdmi cables.. have tried different ports etc etc... still keeps
    doing it..

    Seeing lines appear could be a sign you are over heating.

    Does your console have plenty of space around it, a couple of inches minimum in each direction.

    Does it only black out while you are playing games?

    Are you using a cheap HDMI cable?

    Yeah, I was also thinking it could be the HDMI, either cable or faulty input. So I'd check both of them as well to see if they're both ok

    My app on Xbox One always says I am blacked out if I try to watch the Rangers, Astros, Royals, or Cardinals and I live in northern Kansas. I am not blacked out if I use my Sony TV App or iPad, just on Xbox One. I contacted mlb support and they cannot figure
    it out. Hopefully the xbox app developers can fix it soon. I have been an MLB.tv subscriber since the first year it came out and should only be blacked out of the Royals.
