Xbox One Black Screen

Hi, I am having trouble with my Xbox One, as I am playing, a black screen flashes for about 1 second a couple of times and then it shuts downs. This happens 15 mins after I turned it on.

I have already pressed the Power Button for 10 seconds and still having problems. Any ideas??

After update xbox one will get stuck on a black screen and xbox loading screen.

Sounds like a power issue. Either it's over taxed and overheating or it's just not getting the amperage to keep going. There is a couple things to keep in mind when using the X1.

First is power. This is their largest PSU to date. It's a big girl and likes the good stuff. This means don't plug it into a Power Strip. Ever. This can actually over exert the PSU and cause it to overheat and even go so far as to prematurely short
it out. Always plug it directly into the wall with preferably as few other things in it as possible. Alone is best.

Second would be environment. Make sure it's somewhere well ventilated and circulates air well.

Short of these things it may just be an internal hardware failure in the system itself and may just need to be swapped out. You can look into possibly taking it back to the retailer and swapping it out for a new one there if you've had it less than 30 days
(depending on the stores return policy) or even set up an exchange on myservice.xbox.com or call 1-800-4MY-XBOX and talk to a hardware rep to set up an exchange.

 

Got near the Same. But after the "lag Flash blackscreen with no audio" I can play on. or watch on blueray

 

I don`t have to hard reset! where could be the Problems?

And if it do not appear by you what are your pictrue Settings?

 

I have the same problem which happens while i play Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare. The screen goes black, but i can hear audio. i can also hear the navigation when pressing the home buttom and moving the pointer around. I had to reboot to get it back
to normal. I have the April update.

 

I do Not have Do reboot, after perhaps 3 seconds the screen from game comes back. And the game it movie is still running.

 

It isn`t the power or enviroment. The Baby becomes the power straight out the wall and stands alone on a Podest. I don`t think that it is a Hardware Problem.
