Xbox One BLACK SCREEN

All I get when I turn on the xbox is a black screen no green screen it won't even recognize my controllers now, tried multiple tv's and offline diagnostic tool and no luck.

PLEASE HELP

Update Black screen

After update xbox one will get stuck on a black screen and xbox loading screen.

Hi, this could be a number of things but could you try leaving the xbox at that black screen for at least an hour.

 

id try a different HDMI cable, had similar issue with one but here is some thing else that might work as well:

Reset your display settings. Here's how: 1.If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.

2.On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.

3.Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second
beep occurs.

Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to Settings in the guide, select Display & sounds, Video options, and then TV Resolution.

can i get some help my console just runs on works for five minutes then shuts off since latest preview update ... any help would be great can get any help from xbox support they say it is the update that has buggered up the machine
