    Xbox One Black Screen


    Is there anything other than a factory reset to resolve a black screen? Fine last night, failed today. Green screen starts after full power reset, get the "Hi!" screen, router shows connected to wifi, controller will bring to shutdown options but will not complete collecting data to submit a problem report, when Kinect is attached it shows the on-screen listening to commands....but no dashboard or menus, no apps can start even by voice command.
