Xbox one black screen

    hey my xbox one gets a black screen when its on.... it takes about 15mins then it only loads some of the home page ..every time i try to go into something like even the setting it trys to but kicks me back out & saying it took to long so takes me back to
    the start. ????

    Is my xbox one stuffed???

    After update xbox one will get stuck on a black screen and xbox loading screen.

    Still haven't received the new system update!
