XBOX ONE Black Screen with no access to Troubleshoot Menu

after a recent update in July 2021, my Xbox one x console is experiencing a black screen of death. I have tried the following but nothing worked.

1. Console powers on but no display or welcome audio that plays when the console is fully on.

2. Tried accessing console troubleshoot menu by holding bind+eject button and power on button for 10-15 seconds, can hear two power-up tones couple of seconds apart. (still no display)

3. however when we hold xbox button on the controller we can feel the control vibrate which usually brings up power off, restart options.

4. i have also looked into images of the troubleshoot menu and have followed the menu to turn off xbox when its in troubleshoot menu and the console powered off. which means the console is restarted in troubleshoot menu but no dsiplay.

5. in the same way i have tried to perform an offline system update OSU1 without display and the device restarted after sometime however still no display.

6. similar fashion, i have tried resetting the device to factory resets without display via USB stick for hard reset as documented by Microsoft, but the console doesnt restart as specified in the document even after leaving it turned on for quite sometime.

any leads would be appreciated.....

have also tried different monitors, hdmi cables, different ports on a tv but nothing helped.

I understand, I believe this is happening because of your region, have you ever tried to contact amazon?

I see, did you buy this Xbox one directly from Microsoft, or from a third-party store?

I am having the same issues I have tried everything that we have seen online. I have switched hdmi cords switched tvs and did the hard resets. This just started a few days ago. We have played for 3 weeks now my don got the x box for his birthday day!!

I have reached out to Amazon already and they have suggested that the device comes with brand/manufacturer warranty and asked us contact Microsoft.

They are saying that the product is of international warranty and I have to ask Microsoft for support.

Microsoft Store in Redmond office have also said the product is of international warranty and that’s why we went ahead and purchased it in UAE as my brother was living in UAE at that time. He moved back to India last year.
