    Yesterday I accidentally hit the turn off switch on my multiply plug outlet connector. I was in the Middle of a game of Halo MCC. When I turned my Xbox one back on and started up MCC I got to the loading screen where it says 'Microsoft Studios" and then
    it froze and won't work. I can back out and go to the dashboard but the game won't play. I have the digital copy digital copy btw. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it still won't work. I've looked at other threads and have taken some advice
    there such as hard resetting the xbox but nothing is working. Please answer if anyone knows anything that may help me!

    Update Black screen

    After update xbox one will get stuck on a black screen and xbox loading screen.

    Green loading screen appears followed by a black screen. Any suggestions?

    When I turn on my xbox one, the green loading screen appears for a few seconds, then the screen goes black. Any suggestions?

    I'm experiencing the same issue with a brand new Xbox One. I was playing EA Sports UFC and Ryse. UFC glitched amd then went to the start screen and when I try to load the game, the loading screens takes FOREVER. With Ryse, I get a black screen during the
    loading sequence.

    i am having the same problem on the xbox one with cod ghost also uninstalled it a few times and still only loads up to the mask and then black screen ,twice it said xbox one almost done sncing up but just stays on the black screen !!!

    During normal start up it will go to the green xbox screen with loading dots on the bottom then it will display a black screen. If the black screen is what your talking about give it a minute for the xbox logo to pop up. The console is loading the dashboard
    when you see that screen.
