Xbox one black screen after restart no error codes

Xbox one black screen after restart no error codes.

Started playing a game, internet died. Restarted console to reset nat type. Green screen for a long time then black screen and nothing else. Tried loading in low res with no joy.

I can hold controller button and bring up controller off and report a problem screen, but report a problem doesn't work at all.

Any help greatly appreciated, is my console fried. Its so young!!

My xbox one s error code 0xd0000189, Standby and restart Black screen ,Screen flash and with the machine heating,Who knows what happened?

 

Xbox one stuck on black screen (no error code)

My xbox one is stuck on a black screen after the green loading screen and no error code has appeared then it turned itself off after afew minutes. Can anyone help me out?

 

Have you tried a hard reset? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it
is back up and operational test for results.

 

Yes hard reset is what brings up the green screen. Others had a similar i think as a few people on Twitter and Reddit with same issue. Obviously not enough to warrant any notification via support accounts.

Stuck on the phone now having tried offline reset

 

come back off holiday plugged my xbox one in it starts the green screen and then go,s black i can hear it working but it does not bring up main screen to sign in. i have tryed to hard reset it and taking out the power supply but still no joy please can anybody
help

I have the same issue. Sounds like a problem that the X1 had in the first few days of release and Microsoft suggested using their "Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool" to fix it. Although that problem had similar symptoms (i.e. green load screen for
more than 10 minutes followed by a black screen) the original problem seems to have displayed an error code, which mine has not done.

Any help from Microsoft would be greatly appreciated.
