Xbox one black ops 1 just dosnt work

You will need to most recent update to play online multiplayer.

That game if really old so matchmaking is probably going to be very difficult at times. One of the later versions might be a little better.

that you are never able to enter a game, you may wish to check out your NAT type to ensure that everything is set up correctly for matchmaking purposes.

Another step you can try is via the 360 emulator on your Xbox One. You can remove and then re-download your profile in that area to see if it increases your chances of getting some matchmaking going in the 360 server area. Just launch
any 360 title, and when you see the 360 launch screen, press the View & Menu buttons (the small ones in the center) on your controller to bring up the 360 Guide. From there, you can

Since you're using an Xbox One, I recommend using our
Xbox One Connection and Network Solution to ensure that you have an Open NAT prior to access the multiplayer area. Just be aware that even if you have a Moderate NAT, once you hit the game servers on the developer end, it may change or be incompatible.
