Xbox One Black Friday bundle

Hello,

Just bought my first xbox (one) on black friday at walarmt. The box says it comes with Gears of War ultimate edition but I cannot figure out how to get that game on my console. I figured I'd get a code to download it, but it didnt come with one. Can
you help me get this game on my console?

I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of what to expect in regards to purchasing a Xbox One on Black Friday -- I know Microsoft has a couple of amazing bundles released as of now (i.e. assassins creed, sunset overdrive, cod). However, are these discounted
bundles supposed to represent the Black Friday sales or do you expect there to be an actual black friday deal in a couple of weeks?

 

Need Help Trinity Vs. Corona

So what is the difference in the Trinity vs the corona? I've been reading bad things about the trinity. Someone please enlighten me.

 

Don't laugh, but I am VERY new to the Xbox world...coming over from Nintendo. I know how to insert disc games that I also bought, but I couldnt figure out how to get the GOW free game that came with it. I figured there was a code or something but it didnt
come with one. I dont know what a skin code is in other words... can you help?

 

There should have been a pamphlet with GOW on the cover. On the back you'll need to scratch off the code for the GOW Ultimate Edition version. Input that code in the Xbox store and it'll download.

 

I kinda thought it would be that easy....I didnt get that pamplet at all. I got a little brochure for 14 day free trial of xbox live gold but nothing at all about the game other than the outside of the box. I searched everything/everywhere and am positive
I didnt get it. Xbox support told me you may be able to help me get the code I need to download the game. Can you help?

 

Does anyone know what I can do to get the free game that was supposed to come with my system but apparently didnt? I really didnt want to take the whole system back since I finally got everything set up and all my other games downloaded. I was hoping someone
with Xbox, could just verify my purchase (and that I havent downloaded the game already) and provide a code for me to do so now.

I just bought the 1TB xbox console with the Gears of War and my actually can with the gears of war disk encluded.
