    Xbox One Bind Button Not Working


    I have been having issues connecting my controllers to my recently hard-reset Xbox One. The console itself won't even begin connecting due to the bind button not creating the flashing light that should appear. I have also since reset my console according to other discussions but it did not work. The only way for my controllers to connect is through the USB port on the side, which I do not want to do. Is there anything you guys recommend I do to try and fix the issue?

    Edit: I just found that plugging the controller into the USB in the back of the console will enable the controller to connect. This worked, however, the controller is still periodically disconnecting and then reconnecting to the Xbox, still making it hard to use.

    Nope. Nothing is plugged in besides an HDMI and Power Cord.

    Yes, I have two different controllers with new batteries that I have been using and both have the same exact issue.
