    Hi,

    Since I can't seem to work around this I thought I'd ask here.

    I was sure that I did not have the recurring billing set up on my Xbox one due to getting a new credit card thus making the old one invalid, no longer in use.

    What seems to have happened is that billing system has tried to take the funds from the invalid credit card about a month ago and the billing status is now showing up as 'pending'. I tried the many number of ways to correct this but the system will not allow
    me to change my details. I have contacted my bank and they have told me that the funds can't/won't ever be taking out of the invalid credit card as it no longer exists.

    Any ideas how fix this?

    I've tried the chat but have waited and waited with no one on the queue either, waste of time.

    Is there any other way to contact them?

    You must super rich pal or living of your parents because where I come no one can afford to more then one console ,think of all the bills , you have to pay nowdays ,let me see their tv bill, house bill, often their mortgage or rent bill, tv license , water bill, gas bill, phone bill, internet bill, and now you want add gaming bill for the network on top of them and other thing Xbox one may hAve exclusives but you play previous games in the past on the Xbox or Xbox 360 you can't play them by disc mode only by buying them through dlc and same goes for ps4 for previous playstation consoles , at least wii u network is free and backward play for wii games but other are dlc, electric bill and maybe more bills to pay

    You need to contact them via phone or chat suppirt via xbox offival support not ambassador

    Thata the only way

    Because you need to provide credentials interactively

    Email is not interactive

    You are just goung to have to sit thru queue

    You can alwyss use https://accounts.microsoft.com

    And transfer balance over

  7. Waited over 2 hrs for chat support, now wasted over 6 hrs of my time waiting for chat support. Not going to bother with it any more, will just play for free until they work it out their end.

    Hi,

    you can try the following:

    go to https://account.microsoft.com/ and login with your microsoft/xbox account.

    One logged in go to "Payment and billing" --> "Payment options"

    Here you can change your creditcard information.

    Once you have successfully changed the creditcard info you can go to: "Services and subscriptions"

    Search here for the subscription you having issues with (games pass, gold etc.), click on the "manage" button next to the subscription.

    Once the new page has been loaded click on "Change how you pay".

    In the drop-down menu select the new creditcard.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I've followed your steps you have shown and changed the way I pay to the new credit card number.

    Subscription for Gold is still saying paid with the old card and is still pending.

    I'll see what happens after a few days/week and see if I have now been charged accordingly.

    I have no experience with pening payments, but maybe it will be declined after some time and that you must provide a different payment method.

    Is it possible to cancel the pending payment ? if so, you can cancel it and order a new subscription on the new card.

  11. I was thinking the same regarding it being declined after some time, I suppose I'll just have to wait and see.

    I did go to cancel the subscription although it says it has already been payed for, but as I said earlier I definitely haven't payed for it.
