    Xbox one billing problems


    i got on my Xbox today and I got a message that said my account was suspended for not paying my gold so I went out to gamestop and got a card the usual screen you got that said what your item is and to comfim it so I did and I got an error message I later
    called xbox support after the code not working on my phone or computer so I was told to make a temporary account and say this so I really hope someone can help me I've had my main account for at least 4 years and put thousands of hours into the Xbox one alone
    please help

    i was buying the borderlands 2 ultimate upgrade pack 2 and and after i bought it would not download so i exited and now it has taken my money from my account and i now have to pay for it again! HELP ME

    XBOX BILLING PROBLEMS

    You can restart the download from the Download History. On the console go to System>Accounts>Download History to find it.

    You can't pay an outstanding balance with a pre paid card.

    You need to contact support again & pay the outstanding balance with a credit/debit card.

    You can restart the download from the Download History. On the console go to System>Accounts>Download History to find it.

    nothing can be done there is no soloution to this , ive been at this problem for 24 hours now some people i know have had this problem for days and no fix still ................ its a problem there end not yours =( so dont expect to be online for some time
    , i tryed everything even called them up and got parred off with BS

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. If you have a valid payment method on file (and you can double check on your
    Microsoft Commerce account), double check that your Xbox Live region matches your current physical location. If you aren't sure, you can always try running your account through our
    account migration tool to see.

    If everything appears to look good from what you can tell, you can try reaching out to your local
    phone/chat support teams and asking them to take a closer look at your account. We can't really dig too far into things because we are public facing. Hopefully they're able to help you out if
    my suggestions above don't do the trick.
