    Xbox one BF4 Recon kit


    So looking at the store i decided to download the recon kit as i wanted the last few sniper rifels in the game.

    however it seems after paying £5 something i dont get them, i have already unlocked the ones that come in that bundle. the advert on the page is not clear and EA rep said i can get a refund how do i go about that?

    Bought BF4 premium a few days ago Now on Sale for 24$ on Dash

    ME: Yea its Battlefield 4 with all the DLC

    ME: have you not realized that?

    XBL Customer service: BF4 Premium is an add-on/season pass for the BF4 base game

    XBL Customer Service: Its not the game itself

    ME: That does not cost 60$, It includes BF4 all the DLC a recon kit and BF4 premium ALL IN ONE. Dont tell me its not a game thats ridiculous, and if you think that your ignroant

    And at that point they finally ended the chat on me. No swearing no Nothing. This is Horrible customer service.

    You're certainly welcome to try contacting phone support for your region but in this case I'm pretty sure that EA support is incorrect. First off, the service does state that there are no refunds for items purchased. Secondly, item does state that it is
    a base kit that includes base game items. These are things that you can already earn in game. When you purchased the pack you ran the risk of already owning many of the items that were in it.

    C4 is the last support unlock

    C4 is available for recon from the onset. I love the new recon class with the ability to carry a carbine.

    By the way, does anyone know if what we unlock in BF4 for the 360 carries over to the Xbox One version of BF4? I mean, it's less than 3 weeks away....
