    Xbox one Beta update 1706 brick


    Good evening,

    I am part of the Xbonez beta test (beta ring) for OS version released: rs2_release_xbox_1706.170608-1900 after installing the update the system was unable to come back online. It was unsuccessful in installing the update and has bricked
    itself. I have tried to reset the system multiple times with the same error occurring. The only way I could think to fix the issue is to use the "offline update" version via flash drive. However, due to it being in beta phase I am unable to locate the correct
    build for my system. If anyone has access to the build could you please let me know where to find it so I could download and continue to play on my Xbonez.

    is there a warranty ??

    Well there is for if an update from the beta program caused your system to break. But doesnt cover hardware issues.only for if the beta 'bricks' your xbox or something

    i've had all the Xbox One updates and neither have bricked my console. i've even had them when in beta and not publicly released.

    do not sign up for XBL beta downloads. Microsoft has bricked my xbox thru these updates.

    1706 update causing game to not work

    had the problem self once. What worked for me is the following solution. Be sure the games wich works perfect are on an external hdd. The reset the console to factory settings. Dont worry about your saves. You get an option to keep them. After the reset
    you should try reinstall the corrupt game and it should work again. Hope that helps for you.
