Xbox one beta registered to brothers account?

Hi,

Me and my brother was sharing an xbox one until he brought his own but he registered to the xbox one beta program. I tried registering to the program on my account now and it gives me an error saying ' sorry this console has already been registered to a
different account'.

Is there any way that I can have his removed from my console and then have the preview beta registered to my account?

Not able to access Beta forums

Hi,

registered since 15th of August in Beta program, installed Xbox One today, but still no access to beta forums. do i miss anything?

Registered for the beta yesterday. Will probably get the beta on one of my friends next gen consoles unless I have Xbox One by then.

There is no need to do that. Provided your account is on the same console as your brothers account, you will be able to access all of the features of the preview from your account.

You'll need to go to the registration app and choose to remove the console. It will not be removed until the current beta is released sometime this month.

After that have your brother invite you to the program and you'll be able to register both your gamertag and the console if accepted.

Hi SDC. Is your account the one that registered for the beta, or did another account on your console register for the beta?

So basically what's happening is a you are gamensharing however it doesn't work

Each game.will ask you to repurchase it while your brother is in the beta

However the apps.will work the preview app is registered to your brothers console though

That's your issue

You haven't received the invite or the acceptance .to register your console

Preview only works for the profile.and only one console per profile hence why game share doesn't work
