xbox one beta program sign up help

I want to now about how to sign up for the beta for xbox one? I also want to know if there is any spots for joining and if i can recieve a code.

How do you get the Atmos/Bitstream beta update?

I am still very confused about how to access the Atmos/Bitstream beta. I have installed the Xbox Insider Hub on my Xbox One, but besides a few surveys there is nothing in the app. Was the Atmos beta a limited time download? Are you required to be a Xbox
Preview Program member for it? Is there a way to sign up for that program? Thanks for any and all help.
