Xbox One Beta Preview

Hello everybody,

I have received a message with a code to join the Xbox One beta preview, which I added to my account from the website (I thinked it would download the app in background with my Xbox in standby mode).

But it didn't, and when i enter the code directly in the Xbox One, it says that this code is already used...

I searched for the Beta Preview app and I didn't see it in the Shop.

Can somebody help me please?

this game its still on preview,the beta start on 12th december on xbox one through the preview program.

You tried redeeming the code hoping that the app would download, but it didn't and when you tried redeeming again, it said it was used?

Also, you shouldn't see it in the app section of the marketplace because it is not a public app.

please check if the App isn't present in the App section on the xbox one console (or being installed)

If this isn't the case then please create a post in one of the preview forums here:

someone help me need a ea access code accidentally deleted mine so if someone can get me a new access code thank if you can gamer
