Xbox One being slow and unresponsive

First I’m on mobile so sorry for typos.

Now I’m not sure what caused this but it started two days ago when i played Minecraft with some friends. Before that i had played Jedi Fallen Order and some Modern Warfare abd everything ran smoothly. When i switched over to Minecraft that night, initially
things were running fine. Then it started to act up. We were playing on my world so I’m sure it wasnt lag, but the interactions in Minecraft started to act up. I couldn’t do anything.

i tried pulling up the xbox menu but it wouldn’t open. The background screen got darker as usual when you press the xbox button and the menu appears but this bo menu. I tried several time to pull up the menu while also doing something in minecraft but nothing
worked. Then everything froze. I decided to hard reset my xbox with the unplug and everything. I ended up having to hard reset a couple of times becauae my xbox would get stuck on the green loading screen or it would just stay on a grey screen or it would
load but just freeze at the dashboard. Eventually i was able to get into the dashboard as nornal but everythibf was sluggish and slow. I decided to uninstall minecraft and cleared local saved data for it on the off chance it was the reason for all this.

Fast forward two days of playing more jedi fallen order, modern warfare and some overcooked without any problems, I decided to reinstall minecraft because my friends wanted to play minecraft again. We were able to play minecraft fine for about 3ish hours
before it everything started acting up again and my xbox froze.

I have tried the hard reset multiple times again without any luck. It either gets stuck on the green screen or the grey screen. I was able to get to the dashboard twice but both times everything was very slow to load and then became unresponsive and froze
again.

And now the hard resets arent working. What can i do to fix this? Thanks.
