Xbox One BC Profile Download Problem

When I boot up an Xbox 360 game on my Xbox One S, I have to wait a couple minutes for the "Getting Xbox Info" to go away, and it doesn't even move at all. Then I go to download my profile and it takes forever for it to check my network status, just for
it to say that I'm not connected to Xbox live. I have reset my router 3 times, cleared Mac address, changed DNS to an IPv4, tried a hotspot, ethernet, ect. My Xbox One connects just fine to normal services and works perfectly. This is really annoying and would
like help fixing it.

I tested my network and everything is fine, even on the multiplayer test. It says my wifi is IPv4 but it used to be IPv6 at default.

I tried this twice, (once in mid July and just now) and there wasn't a difference in it.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums Community for advice on how to potentially resolve this problem downloading your 360 profile.

I can definitely understand any frustration felt while dealing with this issue. Seeing as general network troubleshooting has yet to work, I suggest trying a soft reset of the console. It's a factory reset that does not uninstall any of your games/apps
and is a great step for general troubleshooting. When you get a chance, make sure that your network is set up well (easy to connect to with an open NAT type),and that you know your sign in information for any gamertag that is important (as they will need to
be redownloaded after) so that the process goes smoothly. After that, follow the steps outlined in How to reset your console to factory
defaults on Xbox One and select the option denoted reset and keep my games & apps.

It takes me to the download profile screen and gives me the same Xbox Live connection error from before.
